Growing ideas with heart.
Design rooted in empathy, curiosity, and a touch of wild imagination.
About Me.
Hey, I’m Alexia.
If you’re here, welcome to my world. It's a place where ideas grow slowly, honestly, and sometimes a little messily. I didn’t arrive at design in one clean step. I grew into it. Through late-night sketching, moments of doubt, bursts of bravery, and those beautiful “wait… this could actually work” sparks that keep creatives going.
I’ve always seen design as something living. I treat my ideas like plants: I nurture them, talk to them, let them sprout in unexpected directions, and shape them until they feel true. Some grow fast. Some take their time. All of them teach me something about patience, curiosity, and showing up with heart.
Creativity has never been just a skill for me, it’s a place. A headspace full of colour, kindness, humour, and the joy of making something that didn’t exist yesterday. That’s the space I bring into every project.

The Origin of

Bluem did not arrive in one lightning moment. It grew quietly, the way a plant reaches for the right patch of sun.
In my third year of studying communication design, a packaging project pushed me deeper into who I really was as a designer. Something clicked. I realised I wanted an identity that felt softer, clearer, and more myself. I wanted something that did not need explanation but still carried meaning.
Bluem is a blend of blue, my grounding colour, and bloom, my love for growth, plants, and potential.
It became more than a name. It became the way I create: thoughtful, a little wildflower like, sometimes unexpected, and always intentional.

My Design Philosophy
I design with empathy, strategy, and care.
Every project I work on starts with people, what they feel, what they need, and what might make their world a little clearer or a little brighter. I believe design should not only look beautiful. It should mean something. It should feel like a small conversation: quiet at first glance, then full of layers once you pay attention.
I treat ideas the same way I tend to my plants, with patience, curiosity, and a little bit of magic. Strong roots first. Sunlight second. Then the pruning, shaping, refining, and finally the growth.
Sustainability, ethics, and human connection guide every choice I make.
Visually, I am drawn to bold colour, plant inspired forms, and patterns that feel both playful and intentional. It is design that feels like opening a box filled with personality, story, and care.
